We are looking for a Global Payroll Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving payroll excellence. While your primary focus will be on end-to-end payroll, there’s also room to innovate and collaborate on transformative projects relating to Payroll & HR/Finance.

Key Responsibilities at LITMOS

• Taking ownership & oversee accurate end-to-end payroll processing of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for U.S., UK, India & Australia ensuring compliance with local tax laws, labour regulations, and company policies. 
• Managing & coordinating compliance filings with government agencies and ensure accurate reporting of taxes, contributions, and benefits.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across manual and automated workflows.
• Collaborating with teams like HR, Legal, and Finance to communicate and implement payroll-related changes, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as the subject matter expert as part of the Global Payroll Team for all internal stakeholders (Employees, Managers etc), third party vendors (ADP, Auditors etc), including future payroll expansions. 
• Supporting the implementation of various team’s initiatives and cross-functional projects, as required. Identify and document interim and long-term payroll related processes and procedures, as required.

Skills & Attributes  needed for this LITMOS jobs

• At least 5-7years of end-to-end payroll processing experience (CPP certification is a plus) Demonstrated Experience with multi-state payroll for U.S. required 
• Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end payroll processing, reporting and compliance for multi-country Payrolls. U.S., UK, India & Australia (U.S. & India required). 
• Are tech-savvy with strong Excel, and an ability to manage large datasets with precision. Experience working with HRIS or payroll software required, Experience in ADP strongly preferred.
• Possess knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across U.S., UK, India & Australia 
• Are a collaborator with great communication skills & communication tools across time zones.
• Are a problem solver and a detail-oriented team player, who can navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• You handle sensitive data with the utmost care and professionalism. 

Salary at LITMOS

1,200,000 – 1,500,000 INR Base, plus bonus plus benefits.
