Indian Army TES Qualification 2025?
Applicants and candidates who want to apply for Indian Army TES 2025 must fulfill some educational qualifications which are as follows –
Essential Educational Qualification
- All candidates have, passed 10+2 i.e. 12th or
- Candidates must have passed 12th with 60% marks in subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics etc.

Indian Army TES Exam Pattern 2025 –
There is no separate written exam in TES-54. The selection process is based on JEE Mains 2025 score followed by SSB interview and medical examination . The SSB interview is of 5 days:
- Stage 1 : Screening Test (Officer Intelligence Rating – OIR Test and Picture Perception & Description Test – PPDT)
- Stage 2 : Psychological Tests (TAT, WAT, SRT, SD), Group Tests (GTO Task, Group Discussion), and Personal Interview
What documents will you need to apply?
All the candidates who want to apply for Indian Army TES Recruitment 2025 must keep some documents ready for the interview –
- One copy of the print out application duly self attested by the candidate will be carried to the selection centre for the SSB interview,
- Class 10th certificate and mark sheet in original showing DOB.
- Class 12th certificate and mark sheet in original.
- ID proof in original.
- Copy of result of JEE (Mains) 2024.
- Two self attested photocopies of the certificates mentioned at ser (c) above will be submitted at the time of SSB interview and originals will be returned after verification at the SSB itself और

Army TES Selection Process:
The selection procedure of TES-54 consists of the following stages:

- Shortlisting : Based on JEE Mains 2025 scores (cut-off decided by Recruitment Directorate)
- SSB Interview : 5 days process (at Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar)
- Stage 1: Screening (OIR and PPDT)
- Stage 2: Psychological Test, GTO Task, Personal Interview
- Medical Examination : Medical fitness test of the candidates qualified in SSB
- Merit List : Based on JEE Mains score, SSB performance, and medical fitness
Salary Structure:
Candidates selected under TES-54 are appointed at the rank of Lieutenant. Salary:
- Pay Matrix : Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
- Military Service Pay (MSP) : ₹15,500
- Other Allowances : Dearness Allowance, Kit Maintenance, Field Area Allowance, Uniform Allowance, High Altitude Allowance, Siachen Allowance, Children Education Allowance
- Note : No salary during training period; free accommodation, food, and books are provided.
