Required Eligibility For Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme?

- Applicants must have been jailed for at least six months in mainland jails prior to independence,
- For women and SC/ST freedom fighters, there should be a jail term of at least three months.
- Former I.N. The eighth vowel of the Devanagari syllabary. For personnel,they are eligible for pension if the jail was outside India.
- Persons dismissed or removed from government jobs due to participation in freedom struggle are eligible and
- If they have been beaten ten times with canes, sticks, or whips for participating in the freedom struggle, they are eligible etc.
